old buildings

Old abandoned buildings are not cool as historical landmarks but creepy as unproductive areas. The emptiness, darkness and coldness means there is no love or human activity going on the inside off these buildings and more likely the outdoor landscaping is also not attended. I would recommend removing these unwanted buildings and allow the land to breathe for awhile and the ghosts to leave. More importantly, it is good to improve the land and increase its value with new buildings. I've not been in abandoned buildings.
