6:00AM: the best hour of the day, or too close to your 3:00AM bedtime?
Photographers, artists, poets: show us DAWN.
First, I don’t know the meaning the “golden hour (medicine)“. I had to look up its meaning:
“— n. the first hour after a serious accident, when it is crucial that the victim receives medical treatment in order to have a chance of surviving”
Second, then I read further into the two paragraphs and saw the word “Dawn”, another meaning of “golden hour (photography)“:
“In photography, the golden hour (sometimes known as magic hour, especially in cinematography) is the first and last hour of sunlight during the day[1] when a specific photographic effect is achieved due to the quality of the light.”

So taking the first and last 60 minutes of sunlight, I would say that seven in the morning would be the best HOUR of the day because that’s when the sunlight BEST filters through my wooden blinds/acrylic windows; whereas the sunset is blocked out by tress and houses.
