Gather everyone around and tell them of a fund raising event for a good cause called “Common Sense”. The goal is to seek and find those willing to participate, spectate or neither.

Send the volunteers out to collect money on the premise of donation, religious or not.

Mail out thank you letters stating that it was really taxable and they have to report it to the IRS or something weird like being held hostage by government thugs who want free money.
