Just a quick thought: Perhaps this S-1867 might be disguised as a way and means to give amnesty/new identities to those who are against the government. It’s weird to have military tribunals in place of civilian justice system, not unless there are ALIENS within our system and/or any CONTACTEES (such as moi) who know a thing or two about TPTB and pals. Hehehe.

Oh, well. If this S-1867 does become law, I cannot speculate what would happen. It sounds like the smart people continue to make noise online and frankly people don’t give a damn if the policies screw up their lives, just as long as sports and entertainment do NOT interfere with their happiness. Wow.
