Behold! I have tweaked the appearance/layout of my web blog site with theme: Blank Canvas.
I-AM pleased that the “blocks” have made these tweaks possible!
I finally learned about how “Reusable blocks” are useful “templates” after unsuccessfully trying to COPY and PASTE “Group” blocks!
I could NOT figure out why my MANUALLY edited pages and posts do NOT match/sync with the modified Editor (beta) templates!
I had to go through each Editor (beta) template to make sure the HEADER and FOOTER match/sync!
“Reusable blocks” are useful when creating/designing the Editor (beta) template, the Posts, and Pages!
I had to re-test each Post and Page because I was NOT satisfied with the CSS stylesheet of each “theme” or the defaults to each “block”.
I used to have lighter gradient Group when the default theme had a LIGHTER background with DARKER text.
I tried a theme with DARKER background and LIGHTER text. I had to revert back to DEFAULT so that when I decide to change “theme” I don’t have to worry about the color combination making it difficult for readers.
See? I thought blocks were difficult. Yes, that why I stopped blogging here THREE years ago. Now that the Editor (beta) seems to be working fine unto moi, I’ll stay for another decade or so.
End rant.
Hello Flynn, nice, and good luck!
