So a commercially purchased, plastic sealed smoked salmon does NOT need to be cooked or heated due to the smoking process killed ALL bacterium.
Dad has been bugging me while I was designing the upright monument. And so I guess he wanted to ‘get rid’ of the smoked salmon.
I told him the smoked salmon is like eating cold cuts – turkey, chicken, pastrami for sandwiches.
Yesterday, we skipped the invitation of the hugging traitor and proceeded to buy our groceries down the road from our local church.
We got 20 extra large eggs (in a purple cardboard container called a FLAT); whole milk for my coffee and/or cake mixes, two cans of sardines, and pork cracklings which are dried and salted pork skins. I wonder if chitlins are the same.
So the rest of the day is going to be relaxing with church mass and grave site until the swollen, gout-filled church choir leader bugs me about rehearsal tonight. I guess she wants to make sure that SHE is comfortable with my digital keyboard accompaniment.
