As per my smartphone notes at 0841 AM this morning:
Two day ago after morning mass, we shopped for grocery the nearby Safeway. We bought oatmeal cookies, 4/$1.00 white bread, and two Safeway Signature soup.
We had the unfortunate circumstance of lining up with a checker named “Chalon”. I never did like that old man, laughing out loud and saying stupid things to the guest.
This time, he told us to remove the contents of our grocery from their plastic/hand-held shopping basket and place the items on the black conveyor belt. I hate detest him for mistreating customers like us.
Other nicer grocery stores simply UNLOAD the basket for the customers. But, no! He has the nerve to be a dick. The time would be around 0900 AM that morning.
I swiped my Safeway card for reference. Perhaps, TPTB and pals may wish to validate my “complaint” and deal with this chump/any “vetted” old farts, who overstayed their “welcome”.
By aggressively removing unions entirely from the private sectors, y’all could potentially protect customers like us from stupid people like them who won’t go away and give a chance to other more deserving people and likable personality.
