Two thoughts:
1. Since there is currently no established National ID (for voting eligibilty, immigration status, and/or taxation purposes), IRS will do a fine job ensuring qualified American citizens obtain affordable health care insurance.
2. Since there are already established health insurance providers in both federal government and private sectors, people do NOT need to apply through Obamacare/HealthCare.gov website. They can go directly to other secured websites.

Without understanding how Obamacare works, in the long-run, the cost-savings will “level the playing field”. It’s important to have some sort of medical/health insurance policy in case of catastrophic events/emergency situations.

Author’s after-thoughts: After Obama takes the greatest fall for “fixing your mess”, the next president will make everything more appealing, so as to reduce the anxiety of the foreign investors, err I meant, American citizens.
