Here are my boring notes:
2128. Maw was talking about how a patient (from the Philippines at her hospital long ago) got high temperature. It’s means a fever. The doctor said that it’s in the blood stream and was common. So the patient was hospitalized.
0817. I forgot what this note was about but I think that all the guys could do is to “smile to wives/family/mother/others”, meaning “henpecks” have no say in the matter without opening their mouths.
0817. Today, a Samoan couple with their pale-faced kid attended this morning’s mass until the Benediction of horrible singers drove them away today. Yesterday, a family of Samoans (two big guys and two big women, one pale-faced and the kid) attended the morning mass.
0816. Sermon continued: Life is a gift filled with blessings. (In my mind, I was thinking that death is a better gift void of curses of life.)
0815. Sermon continued: The priest stopped watching Filipino soap opera “Forever” because it “forever” gives him problems with high blood pressure.
0814. Sermon continued: Something about a “deep blue glass” instead of “rose glasses” and a cynic who smells opportunities of mistake and trouble in everyone.
0813. Sermon continued: Each person sees things differently: one positively/an optimist see glass half full and one negatively/a pessimist see glass has empty.
0811. A sermon by Father Noel: A father lost one contact lenses on his drive way but manages to find it. His son was amazed that he found the “piece of plastic”. That father looked at it differently: “I was looking for $150”.
0706-addendum: The god-damned, divorced nutter, dragged each bin VERY mostly one by one after Maa had opened her window to air out her room. Whatever was going on in that freak’s head for timing her presence to our activities, she hadn’t left for “work”early that morning because her white Honda CR-V was still parked on the left hand side of the drive way.
