“Did you call the boy?” I asked.
“Yes. As a mother, I cannot forget my sick boy.” Maw said.
Amazingly, the bad weather has prompted me to go home for lunch. The drive; eating; visiting and driving back each took 15 minutes of my one hour lunch.
Maw had finished cooking her eggplant omelette when I walked in. I delivered the leftovers of pancit noodles; crab omelette; which the both of us had fun forming into nice pancake shaped delights yesterday afternoon; and four spears of aspargus, which stinks the urine to the high heavens but is good for the urinary tract.
Anyway, I am hoping the boy would be able to resurrect my hard drive because it contains media of family and parakeets, not to mention my documentations of OPEN forum discussion boards.
But it doesn’t matter because the REAL documentations are, well, supposed to be safe and for the fact that “akashic records” exist for review, editing and deleting — anytime.
The timing could not have been better because it allowed me the opportunity to be MORE positive and cheerful around an ill person, who claimed it was the “raw egg over rice” dish of Salmonella poisoning that caused his achy body and diarrhea. Eww!
