Yesterday was high-altitude, pop-corn clouds. During my afternoon walk, I saw how the sun filtered through these clouds. The halo around the sun was diffused in appearance. The air was calm and sometimes the winds blew icy cold.

Today, it’s raining! Lots of white clouds cover the skies. I don’t see dark gray clouds. The front and side parking lots to our local parish was stuffed full. Fortunately for the twosome, they found a parking stall in the front; while I circled three times around the front, once off the side and parked in the back.

Today is the Immaculate Conception.
