Actually, I can’t tell the difference between one slab of ground meat over the pink slime. Before advanced technology, people didn’t eat this stuff.

But given chicken, fish, beef bones for my parents to munch on, there wouldn’t be much tendons, connective tissues, marrows and cartilage left!

Although food processing may be legally safe in different countries, I don’t think its worth to waste anything equally edible. It’s unfortunate that businesses with “good” ideas suffer from hysterical people.
