Besides Obama being our current POTUS and the alleged infiltration of the Muslim Brotherhood in the “White” House, the way to balance the budget is to grab the big accounting book, erase some unfavorable entries and move the numbers around from one pocket to another pocket, “specially treated” with lining that doesn’t leak.
Without supporting documentations, anything can be done and said to the subordinates, who have no choice but to do comply with orders so they can keep their jobs. Corruption is not what is happening here but that i how the way things are done.
It is not always the best business practice in keeping the “accounting records” but I have experienced how customers (or investors) are always right. And to retain the concept of “business as usual”, the government must do everything in its power to make these “people” happy.
The game is played well with both sides trying to fulfill the end of the bargaining chip in a world-wide economic market. And this is all done legally and with due diligence and of course, sometimes “behind closed doors”.
