“In the lawsuit, shareholders alleged that Bank of America and some of its officers made false or misleading statements about both companies’ financial health.”

WTF? Why don’t you chumps open up a class action lawsuit to protect consumers from these shareholders, who are voting for people to make stupid decisions on charging fees and other penalties in doing business with them? In the first place, why did you sell out to the politicians and offered unbelievable deals that poor people cannot afford? You are giving them false hope and making them dream about a fantasy that is only reserved for the rich/wealthy people. You need to wake up yourselves and wake up the consumers about reality and how harsh life is on this hellish planet.
