1. Merkel is an insult to dogs and dog lovers. Perhaps, she’s a Muslim, too, who is uncomfortable around animals.

2. The dog is comfortable by her side. The canine is probably requesting her to save all canine pals from the murderous Muslims, who kill dogs and Orientals who eat dog.

3. The black dog of Putin is much larger and more behaved than Obama’s pooches. Symbolically, bigger is better. Therefore, Putin is the bigger dog in the world power.

Hehe.
