Amoxicillin Provides Little Benefit for Coughing Patients

So I wasted my time visiting my primary care physician who prescribed high dosage of 1,500 mg Amoxicillin for seven days starting 11-07-2012!

After one month, I went back and didn’t get three more days of antibiotics for fear of bacterial resistance. I tried Albuterol but I felt ulcer-like sores inside my lips.

I’m still coughing mostly bubbly, clear mucus and sometimes phlegm, which came out an hour ago as a thick, slightly yellow string. After that, my left throat felt better.
