Well, I have received the confirmation email for a two-day temp job from hell doing IT support work.
I’ll be doing some lifting and that’s fine since I’ve been doing exercises for the arms and backs and lower extremities as if I’m surfing – deep knee squats and such.
As a result of doing LOW calorie diet and some exercises, I’ve lost 14.5 in one month. That’s mostly water/fluid retention and the feeling is like having a difficult time breathing and squishy feet while walking.
But so yeah that’s about it other than the beautiful cold weather. Oh, I have to go shopping but my daddy wants to destroy the only persimmon tree in our backyard. I think he is possessed. But I might have misheard him this morning and he appears to be harvesting instead. My bad.
So I said the prayer to bind whatever abusive spirit entered him during his growing years. Heck, most of his siblings were messed up. And I did wonder why psychos are allowed to propagate. I noticed that the really nicer humanz do NOT propagate. I guess the Lawd Gawd is merciful to these souls.
