In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “No, Thank You. | If you could permanently ban a word from general usage, which one would it be? Why?”
Good Flynn: Evil is the word that I’d like eliminated from our dictionaries. I still believe humanz are good by the grace of God, Allah, and pals. But “evil” spelled backwards is “live”, meaning evil lives. With evil, there’s death and dying. I prefer life and living without evil. So it’s best to try to get along and punish evil when and if they break the legal and moral laws.
Evil Kitty: You offend me! I’m not called Evil Kitty for nothing! I’m the worse nightmare of birds, insects, mice, and spiders. I don’t do slugs, snails, or worms, however. Dog is the word! Dogs aren’t inherently evil by nature but they give us felines a difficult time. It’s really funny to think that dogs can go away simply with a swipe of my paws. But they could be put on leashes and not allowed a few feet away from us felines.
