So this morning and yesterday both Ty (a co-worker) and Mom have been sneezing. I too have been sneezing on both days. Maybe it’s the chemtrails.
So this morning, I’ve sent Instant Messages to Philip (a loud-ass, micro-manager, who raised his voice at Rosemary), about the credit card process, the Domestic Incoming Wires and ACH Credits, and the Lockbox.
I mentioned how they weren’t using the Settlement Detail Reports via Authorize.Net, how printing the bank reports the following days and creating ONE batch are preferable, and how implementing the Lockbox would reduce back injuries from lifting these storage boxes containing remittances and LIVE CHECKS and would free up time to do more research for On-Account credits and more customer service.
I also sent the asshole an IM about who else would print those damn reports when she’s off-duty and how my new Plantronics headset didn’t work! I didn’t answer a few calls! HUH! He didn’t reply to any of my IM because he’s playing it cool. But I would NOT want to work with him long-term, even if I bleed to death!
This morning the garage of Loca Lolita was opened. I could see the garage lights were turned on. Then I saw the Cray-Cray reptilian looking into my direction. I saw her reflection in the window of my car.
When I sat down slowly and looked at her while sitting down, I peeked from behind my red coloured Hello Kitty plastic shield and saw that she was aggravated again. She was wearing a light pink to and cream pants.
She turned quickly in anger and grabbed the red coloured garden hose and pretended to hose down the white Honda CR-V ending in 69. I didn’t have the patient to wait for my car to warm up/reduce the RPM and hurried off to a different direction in order to distract her.
Two days ago on Monday morning, I saw the mailbox of Loca Lolita on its side! I thought that maybe Virgil, her psycho son, knocked it over. The direction was towards our mailbox. I figured that was a warning shot for her and her family since the America laws favor psychos over those who obey the same damn American laws that does little to nothing to protect us “normals”.
Last week, Philip came over to my desk as part of his daily audit and joked loudly about: What has one eye and does not hear? I mumbled, I don’t give a damn. I ignore him basically because my hearing is really bad over the constant white noise, which sounds like being inside an aeroplane! HUM!
During the staff meeting yesterday at 1500, he mentioned something about oysters. Paulann said something else about eating oysters. I said, Eww, that’s NOT Kosher! Later he apologized for interrupting us. I felt my tension drop down. He’s smart about not forcing us to work harder. But the clean-up of over 90 days and sixty, too, is far from over. EVIL!
But the tension of Philip flared up with Kevin, the loud-ass AP clerk. Philip would raise his right arm and drop it several times on the table. Kevin knows ears he’s doing and kicked the underneath of the table several times in comfort.
I don’t know anything about accounts payable, except during last week’s staff meeting when I mentioned why can’t the Debit Memos match the Check dates. We’re in a tight budget and I guess the pressure is on the workers.
Paulann has been working overtime almost everyday since October 2014. Ty was asked to go overtime tonight. Rosemary left disgusted after being talked down. She’s soft-spoken. I stayed 15 minutes overtime because one check was being EVIL.
After three attempts at scanning this one check item, I decided to scan it upside down. It worked! But the batch would not “close” until I “completed” and balanced the batch by updating the upside down bank information and check amount! I would have finished at 1600! EVIL! I hate overtime! I get tired! O processed 400 checks today after opening up ALL envelops yesterday! Yay, moi!
Yesterday, I met D. Biehl, the owner of NCM. He is tall.and whitish. Philip was discussing the cash receipts process and introduced me to him. I confused him with Mark, who posed with his patent on a photo. I hope they get the lockbox and electronic uploads implemented before Jackie comes back from her maternity leave. She birthed a baby boy! I love paperless!
Yesterday, the Twit Wifey called us at 1840 and communicated to me about Mom and her health. She sounds like she’s sharing a lecture. All I could do is appreciate her half-heartedly. I had the speaker phone turned on so that Mom could hear everything but she wasn’t really listening because she asked me what I talked to her about.
Yesterday evening, Das Squirrel sneaked indoors while the three of us were already seated down for dinner. He smiled and came from the adjacent, darkened room. He had a box of Glucerna drink of 24 bottles for $30 from Costco. This was to replace his error of getting Ensure which has sugar and is not good for Mom’s diabetes.
Both are improving their behavior. But they are far from redemption, period. Just because they earn good money, they, like Philip, think they are ALL that important. But at least she’s honest about little things, as is Das Squirrel. These intelligent entities may be VERY naughty in my books but they are forthright.
BOTTOM-LINE: At least, I’m NOT like any of these people. Sheesh!
