Greetings fellow voters:
I’m reading the part about Proposition 45 – Healthcare Insurance. Rates Changes. Initiative Statute. (Refer pages 20-25 of “Canadiens General Election, Tuesday, November 4, 2014 – Official Voter Information Guide”.)
First, the “background” section summarizes this proposition nicely and that the process is similar to automobile and homeowner’s insurance.
Second, it’s all or nothing, meaning at 2230 p.m., I read the part about how “insurance companies are NOT required to file large group rate information“!
I love archiving data. It’s like trying to eat “humble” pie but without the flavoring, which makes up 40%! I need all data. Jigsaw puzzles are incomplete without ALL pieces!
Third, I expect the rates to be fair. Heck! If y’all want to “cure” people, start by making healthcare cost affordable, not impossible! I don’t know how one person, the insurance commissioner, can be fair or represent everyone’s needs.
Again, as expressed in my blog, there is real healing. There are real “shamans”. Therefore, anything regarding Westernized health treatment and its bureaucracy will do nothing to cure the sick and dying.
