Today I’m expecting two phone call interviews. But the first one is really from the temp agency, who will provide some guidelines for answering the questions of her client, who will call me at 1400pm. It’s a phone job that pay just slightly one dollar more than MINIMUM WAGE!
WTF? It’s less than what I started out over ten years ago at my very first real office job! Is that the best that they could do during Obama’s severe economic recession? Is that all I’m good for the employers? Maybe, I’m really sick of working in an office environment.
I don’t think I could sit down and make phone calls the whole day and for the rest of my life. I need a thinking job, a job that allow me to get up and make photo copies, faxes or shred papers. Filing jobs require lifting and I’m not that strong.
So that’s it for me, not good enough but to be told what to do, which is fine as long as it pays my bills, which MOST of it is still OWED by those banksters!
