I clicked on an article about ‘Perfect Love‘ via the WM website. And my small mind came up with the perfect title to this blog entry, in which I offer my interpretation of the meaning behind this perfect ‘LOVE’, which is really ‘EVOL’ (or evil) spelled backwards, in this imperfect world.
So I looked up the definition of ‘agape’ and really had my mouth wide open. It’s loaded with Christian influences. I don’t understand how ‘love’ cannot be made in the flesh between different blood lines.
- (Christian theology) the love of God or Christ for mankind
- selfless love of one person for another without sexual implications (especially love that is spiritual in nature)
- a religious meal shared as a sign of love and fellowship
- 1607, from Gk. agapan “greet with affection, love” (used by early Christians for their “love feast” held in connection with the Lord’s Supper), from agapan “to love,” of unknown origin. In modern use, often in simpler sense of “Christian love” (1856, frequently opposed to eros as “carnal or sensual love”).
Then I remembered one of the readings regarding ‘love’ during a wedding. To this date, I know more about their relationship than those fooled by mere photo-ops. And fighting prior to dating falls far from the following definition of ‘love’.

1If I speak in the tongues[a] of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames,[b] but have not love, I gain nothing.
4Love is patient, love is kind. 13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Now, unity means everyone is equal, right? Andm ‘holding hands’ mean none will fall from grace, right? Well, I just thought of a perfect song that goes well with people who believe wholeheartedly in perfect ‘love’. Wouldn’t y’all go nuts after hearing the lyrics play over and over again until you ears bleed and your brain blows up into pieces?

In summary, I don’t know if love is something that exists already without us trying hard to comprehend or if we are all acting in a big play: either tragic (when someone takes person’s livelihood on the hopes that his release from hostages would be met) or comical (when there was nothing to loose by a few drops of precious tears caused by nefarious agents with a very sick sense of humor).
I would suppose that love means many things from sunny days, clear blue skies, fresh air and water to reliable cars, happy parakeets chirping, calm and relaxed people. My main question is: who designed ‘love’? And how is ‘love’ supposed to help humanity? And why does ‘love’ exist?
