Interesting. Off hand, there is only 100% fate by the hidden hand of providence. There is also the 100% destiny with the combination of genetics and choices. Moreover, there is 100% free-will.
If there ever was a combination of nature, nurture and other, I would give the percentage weight of 1/3 each. Or if you are into the outmoded New Age seven types of astral bodies, then the spread would be 7% each.
So whatever the combination, there should be balance to equal 100%. In other words, to achive/exist in perfection, no matter how defined by the eggheads full of mashed potato, I am 100% me.
Image the infinite possibilities found in a bell-shaped curve, where extremes in personality/purpose lie on either end of a spectrum of rainbow, where a circle is a concept of completion. Each person is part of that completion to various degrees/percentages assigned/incarnated.

What % of who and what you are is determined by genetics vs your own choices? Is it 50/50 or more or less of one?
Or should there be three numbers: your genetics, how you were raised, and your own choices (33/33/33 or 10/40/50).
