Vitamin D and Calcium Pills: Task Force Report
“June 12, 2012 — Vitamin D and calcium supplements may not stave off osteoporosis-related bone fractures in most older women, according to new recommendations from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force.”
After I read a similar article that day, I thought to myself that getting enough sunshine WITHOUT the use of sunblock and/or the ingestion of Vitamin D and Calcium supplements should be done DAILY and moderately. As per Leoni R. a former co-worker of mine via her father (from Cavite, Philippines), the best times are outside the time frame of ten in the morning to two in the afternoon. This had something to do with too much energy upon the head and/or skin/person overall.
