Stir-fry one dozen tiger shrimps with shell still intact, one chopped green bell pepper, one chopped red bell pepper, one-half chopped/regular onion, one container of fresh mushrooms, and some flavored sauce for browning.
Optional broccoli, carrots, cabbage, spinach.
Keep mixing in electrical wok at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve warm and enjoy over optional steamed rice, of course.
