Topic #20: Relive a vacation. Where did you go? Describe your experience: the sights, the food, the smells. Unless you visited New York City in the summer. In that case, we’ll pass on the smells.

I never want to go back to the Philippines! I got flu-like symptoms the whole time we were there. My head and sinuses were stuffy. I was too hot for comfort. I didn’t like sleeping in house of someone else. I had stomach aches from eating and drinking food that didn’t comply with my systems. My eyes were watery. I was swollen from the salt. And I didn’t have the luxury of hot water, three course meals and transportation. Plus, relatives kept begging for money!
