Again, here is the fiery imagery of doom and gloom, which did nothing to keep people from doing their normal routines. I’ve never been to Los Angeles or driven on HWY 405. Then again, I drove with my parents in/around Disneyland. The weather was cloudy, muggy and rainy around 1996.
