What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?
1. Jumping outta bed pain free. I’ve been feeling aches and pains and one night I thought I was a goner. My hearts was racing. But if y’all really KNEW me, I would take DARK roasted whole bean coffee: that’s loaded with real caffeine by the way and makes for good diuretics, which I need daily.
2. Pleasant weather. I love our climate of fresh clean air, cool breeze, warm sunny days. This brings the birds. But I think they don’t like our wild bird seeds and they can’t seem to find the bird bath where we relocated to another corner of our backyard and away from areas that can grow those tall dandelions weeds and other ground coverings.
3. Caffeinated coffee. – See the first explanation. I’ve been grinding my whole bean coffee and recently been drinking my coffee without cream. I don’t add sugar to my coffee because I might get too fat or diabetic too. Without the cream or sugar, I could better taste the chocolate, fruits, spices, and aromatic stuff, too.
4. Relatively successful recipes. – I have to no choice but to cook fresh. And that means to buy organic food and cook before meals. I’ve learned that eating the meals warm within 60-90 minutes of cooking is good instead of microwaving. I also learned to rotate the different kinds of ingredients so that eating won’t be so predictable.
5. Happy birds. We have two remaining parakeets. They are getting old. They have been taking longer naps and for the most part have been quiet. I think they are happy but I don’t think they like the same seeds every day. I try to feed them fresh veggies. But it’s almost like it’s foreign to them since they haven’t been around other birds to know how to forage.
Hello Flynn, nice, and good luck!
