You receive a gift that is bittersweet and makes you nostalgic. What is it?

Photographers, show us GIFT.

Nope. Don’t recall ever having received anything nostalgic. I don’t attach my emotions to anything/anyone. It’s easier that way.

But if I had to make up something, that would be candy. That’s right! It’s made out of ginger (bitter-root) and honey (sweet). It’s a cough drop. And it doesn’t make me nostalgic, except maybe having to drink cough syrup of grape flavor, my favorite during childhood.
