There has been deep manipulation going on at the home front since the beginning they met. Here is my summary (based on my presumed observations):
On August 13: I scolded the boy via text messages from my cellphone. I sent a text message for the girl to contact an elder. On the same day, the girl delayed replying to my text message and SCHEDULED to contact the elder the following day instead of simply calling up on the same day to find out if there is anything the elder needs!!!
On August 14: I invited the girl to come over the last minutes to discuss the earlier day’s situation with her and the elder. She refused: Bastos!
I received positive responses from the boy via text messages on August 14, 18 and 21.
Fast forward one month later without further communication from the manipulative couple, we received calls and text messages on September 12. Just like the Shill and the Chingster, we too refused to communicate with them and actually enjoyed our life without their presence. The poor card and helpless flowers were left at the door and outdoors in the freezing cold: Bastos! We will donate the flowers to the church so that the flowers will feel wanted.

I’m sensing the boy is using the girl, who is trying to buy gifts to make it appear she is doing her job: Bastos! The elders refuse to see her face. The elders refuse to allow the two from entering the house UNINVITED and bringing their bad luck. If they play superstition to avoid people who are smelly, divorced and poor, we will play superstition, too, and avoid being TIs to their manipulations.
