Has received piece of trapezoid/triangle Eucharist blessed by pastor/pastoral vicar today/yesterday! Must be blessed! Held up high and mighty in gratitude and thanks both times. That’s all!
Choir went well today. I was loud enough in harmony. I was barely on time by five minutes, greeted the Boss who was en route outdoors, and saw relief on the organist’s face with the music binder.
Again it’s was NOT my intention to impose my ideas of this music binder and print-out of the four Music Issue line of songs per week. If y’all want me to stop and just show up/concentrate on singing ONLY, LET ME KNOW or else I’m just wasting my time!
Yesterday we messed up a little bit but we will work on the cues, tempos, whatever! But the “honest white lady” from last night’s small focus group said that we were loud and good, though. She did remind me that the kids were on vacation; which would explain why I don’t see the “youths” singing at the 5 PM Saturday mass.
See? I don’t know Filipinos or the church. IT was only this year 2013 that I made my public appearances. We only got involved within the past six years with food and/or donation but NEVER joined any groups or organizations. The three of us don’t believe in gossiping or praying beyond the main church/parish.
