Here are my boring notes:

1905. Black homeless guy with dirty pants, Junior during to my left, near intersection, white racing guy to Junior left.

1402. At noontime, finally took my first “fibrate” pill. At 1230, felt less struggling with breathing as if no more congestion. At 1330, felt slight tummy ache which lunch helped to soothe. (In the following days, the improvement of my energy and breathing and gout-like sensation in my big toes and right thumb have DISAPPEARED).

0738. Saw one black crow with gray feathers eating pieces of the inside of the walnut. Crow was located at MY drive and blocking our exit route of the driveway. Paw and I saw elder crow take off flying with the walnut in its beak.
