When the twosome were upstairs talking during Mother’s Day, I wondered to myself: Who would be the one waking up when the babies start crying – the heavy sleeper or the light sleeper? The answer is obvious: the boy would be the one getting up more frequently because he cares about people more so than his self image. The girl admittedly said that she sleeps as soon as her head hits the pillows and doesn’t stir easily during the night.
I really pity the boy. Already his stress has taken a toll on his body. His spirit is willing to do many activities. His mind refuses to believe that he is tired at all and as a matter of fact continues to pursue life’s pleasures at the expense of his body.
Already I see symptoms that he would fall ill first before the girl. His sporadic cough symbolically means he is trying to remove something from deep within his chest, as if it’s stuck in there and cannot or would not come out easily. If I were him, he should be honest why he chose his path and why he doesn’t listen to his heart that she is not the right woman for him.
Instead his lower parts over-rode what his logical mind kept whispering to him: Don’t go there. But he did for convenience sake and to start a new life, which should have been making babies. But nowadays, it’s too expensive and unrealistic when there are too many laws, rules, regulations and flu shots, too.
He should wake up and smell the coffee burning. He won’t be at peace. We won’t be at peace. He is living another lie. We are just putting up a show, just as the two cover their asses, typical of couples in love and for Christ. God, I should just throw up on my take on the drama that will go on and on and on…
