For awhile now, my neck has been miraculously `healed`. The pain used to be constant. The sound of snapping cartilage, tendons, ligaments and muscles no longer exist (sort of). I prayed to the Lord for answers.
And one day, I decided to install `The Original Swedish Neck Pillow™`. The size is a Queen Medium – 24 x 12 x 4 (for $129.00). It was in the linen closet for several years until my lumpy pillows gave out. After using this neck pillow, my neck felt better the next morning!
But there was one day that I visualize the release of an imaginary noose tied around my neck. I am somewhat a believer in reincarnation. But since I do not remember my past lives, I’ve read or heard something about physical problems manifested due to past life trauma.
During my mock meditation that one night or perhaps several times during the day, I used my imaginary scissors to cut the rope around my neck. For you see, I’ve been having the sensation of something choking me as if the blood would be trapped inside my head and my eyes felt like popping out of my eye socket.
Sometimes I sense that maybe my head has been cut off in one of my past live or lives. Going forward, my blogs are eerily similar to what I may have done in the past – said too much or wrote too much for my own good and at the expense of my own live.
As per my previous blog entries and via one of my Yahoo! Messenger chatting session to a `gifted healer` of all sorts, I mentioned that one of my dreams was about my head being cut off with a short ax. There was another person in front of me who had her head beheaded too.
So after praying for relief, that’s when the thought entered my small mind to use my EXPENSIVE neck pillow occurred to me. The space-aged foam helped stabilize my neck during my sleep at night. And since then, I’ve felt `more aligned` and of course grateful.
Yes, prayers do work. Yes, the Lord is not sleeping. Yes, the messages of healing do come slowly at times but nonetheless manifests when the right time comes. Yes, the government is helping the best ways it can. Yes, there is relief from financial distress, too, which is why there is bankruptcy laws in place.
The lessons are simple: Have faith. Don’t worry. Be happy. Know your limits. Stop spending. Keep working. Just know when to abandon ship, just like Captain Jean-Luc Picard did during the film `Star Trek: First Contact (1996)`.
Ask for help, too, but sometimes that’s embarrassing. And as in one of my favorite songs from a rock band, `Journey`: `Don’t Stop Believing` (Songwriters: Schon, Neal; Cain, Jonathan; Perry, Steve).
