Felt lower lumbar area of my back feel flat as if an invisible board is placed on it as support this morning while attending mass. Been stretching spine while working in front of computer upstairs by holding the sidearms to my plastic, cream-colored lawn chair and doing mini-push ups but mostly hanging. Felt good pull and something pop in spine the other day while hanging on my make-shift chin-up contraption, which I installed between the door jam of my bedroom. Stupid.
Oh, John Jr! That's longer than I would ever imagine, especially for your conditions! So I shouldn't rant like this…
