It is okay to quit when something doesn’t do a person any good. Quit a job and go on a hiatus to reflect if working a day job is worth the stress. Quit a relationship and move on elsewhere and onward to other activities of interest. Quit a dream and wake up to reality. Quitting means to end one’s suffering. If the other party suffers for your decision, that’s too bad. At least you made a choice to preserve your sanity because no one will be there for you when you fall down.
