Love, American Style. Hah! I used to watch that televised show. Was it like “The Dating Game”? I still have the opening theme’s jingle going on inside my head.

I’ve had met some eclectic romances on the internet. They blossomed into short relationships and at least one-night stand. The most recent one was the longest – spanning initially in 2004 and more involved since losing my good/real job with a big-ass/international company back in 2007.
For the most part, they were disasters because they were jobless, alcoholics, drug-users, disabled, and basically the recent one had problems with one alphabet soup agency. But because he was a “generational bloodline”, he has managed to “stay alive”.
As for loving a long distance relationship, that didn’t stop me from meeting only a VERY few/handful of people from around the world, especially parts in western Africa and here in America and its territories. I “loved” them enough to tolerate their naughtiness. That was were I served well as an Illuminated fool – to test their resolve towards the paths of righteousness.
My “ideal” relationship is weird. I don’t adhere to traditional marriage values of temporary vows and married certificates, although that’s almost always important when practically surround by CHILDREN. In other words, being supportive as a member within a “soul family” is worth the risk, through sickness and in health.
And to me that’s love – American style – not necessarily free-love but to freely love the person as unique. That’s all. And thanks for reading.
