Where do your morals come from —your family? Your faith? Your philosophical worldview? How do you deal with those who don’t share them, or derive them from a different source?
Photographers, artists, poets: show us THE SOURCE.
Learning starts with the family. But I see how the “State” has captured the minds of my generations through the computer.
Instead of interacting with each other verbally, the kids resort to texting. The dynamics of communications between people is reduced to a few meaningless aconymns and one-liners.
Instead of disciplining the disrespectful and unruly, the children are spared the rod. The games and internet have become the “baby-sitters”! Though the parents are spared the trouble of rebuking their demon-seeds, hardly anything could get done around the house when stbborn/violent kids can’t be pried from their toys.
Yeah, so for those who don’t agree with the outmoded versions of morality, the kids must run away and never look back. Lest they too be turned into a pillar of salt like Lot’s wife during Biblical times. No need to fight the old farts. They too in time will just “fade away”. (Gen. McArthur)
