
Here is an easy recipe for bell peppers:
~Chop garlic and onion.
~Chop 1/2 cup of meat stuff (preferably pork).
~Prepare 6 pieces of whole shrimp, deveined of course.
~Chop green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, and sliced carrots, too.
~Slice ginger into strips and white straw mushrooms, too.
-Fry garlic and onion in veggie oil until slightly brown.
-Add preferred meat stuff and shrimp and fry until slightly brown.
-Add water to boil meat stuff until cooked.
-Add veggie ingredients and flavorings of favorite stir-fired sauce, salt and ground pepper.
-Stir occassionally, while adding water to “steam cook” veggies further and to avoid burning.
-Serve warm and enjoy!
