As part of a my personal therapy to overcome my hoarding addiction, I’ve almost completed my Lenten Season project of reducing personal paperwork to one plastic bin, one metallic carryon and the black, floppy bag containing my documentations of woe.
For “My NeatWorks” folder, there are only four simple sub-folders: backup, contacts, documents and receipts. Again, this is for the sake of “cleaning house” — closets, drawers and cabinets. And if everything gets wiped out by “acts of God and pals” and by my fault due to lack of concentration, so mote it be. I really don’t care.
It was nice knowing that these papers (formerly known as trees) have kept me company during my times in misery. As for the other folders on my personal computer and as per the properties function, it looks like I’ve actually scanned around 4,000 set of images from over one year ago by using my flatbed scanner!
I don’t think I could re-scan what has already been done so diligently in the past. It would be a waste of my time. But really don’t want anymore paper, save for a few “live signatures.” Bahahaha!
