Here are eleven questions to help you [decide] your blogging strategy for the new year:
- Why did you start the Post a Day/Week Challenge? I was bored.
- Describe the state of your blog [when] you started the challenge. It was mostly rant.
- How did your blog evolve over the course of the challenge? The content got shorter.
- Did you post as often as you had hoped? Why or why not? I continue to post daily to supplement my rants.
- What type of blogging strategy works best for you? Controversial issues in the form of simple questions are better than coming up with my own rants.
- If you could go back to the beginning, what would you do differently? I wouldn’t blog about my personal problems.
- What are you most proud of accomplishing this year? I supplemented my daily blogs with some photos upload via my new cellphone, which is supposed to be smart.
- Name 3 great blogs you discovered through the challenge. I found/borrowed/stolen ideas from blogs about dreams, poetry and social issues.
- What surprised you about the challenge? My opinions really don’t matter and I noticed people got their own lives. If they had the time to read my blog, I’m sure my blog stats would show the numbers.
- What advice would you give to others who want to blog regularly? Blog anonymously about controversial issues and claim insanity for when the FEDs come knocking at your door.
- What are your blogging goals for 2012? I want to stop blogging for 2012.
