Which home would you own?

The first one (inside) looks like ours in San Jose, CA (for $58,000 back in 1976). The second one (in/outside) looks much better. But for either $1.3 million and $1.5 million, respectively, I’d live in a townhome and save/spend the rest for traveling/education and such. And since my “Plan A” seemed out of reach, I’ll stay here and live with my parental units until I die off from this reality/dimension, not unless God has other plans for me or if this is the best life/style possible at this point in time and/or what/whenever.
