It’s been mostly sunny and clear blue skies the whole day. The air is still cool but at least the parakeets were able to get some fresh air. They looked sleepy and cold by mid-afternoon and I had to bring them inside after Maw had pulled out more of my white hair — around two dozen. She whacked me on the left side of the head for trying to annoy an RV parked on the side:- “Get a job!” I would yell softly but loud enough within HER “ear shot”. Whack!
The day was spent mostly upstairs and reducing the receipts, the few remaining paper works left besides the colorful reading materials, which I have yet to let go. But it’s difficult to release what a hoarder’s insecurity won’t allow: Everything is mine! Don’t touch! Or you will stress me out further! Leave it alone! Go away! Stop looking at it! It’s not yours!
And I looked through the closet and saw how some items looked like they could still be useful. I tried looking online to find out how to recycle old routers, telephones, wires, cables, CDs of old Microsoft programs and such. But it’s no use! Everything looks like it should be here with me until the day I die! Even the plastic bags and empty boxes just seem to want to stay inside the closet and never leave!
