20250111-2127. I did NOT like FLYNNSPAWS as my domain name. Back in 2001, I registered a Yahoo! email “flynnspaws”. Fast forward, I still use “flynnspaws” in most of my social media presence.
Tonight, I wanna change my Site Title from “FLYNN’S PAWS” or “FLYNNSPAWS” to “Your Daily Pause”, similar to that YouTube user Your Daily Dose (of the Internet).
Originally, one of my old sites was “A Daily Pause in Life”. But I felt that sounded like some home and garden variety show, like Home Shopping Network and the like.
The words “Pause” and “Paws”, which are homophones or words that sound similar but are spelled differently, always stuck with me. But I could NEVER figure out how to best use these two words as my weblog profile.
Comparatively speaking, Flynn “pauses” briefly in life or take time out to blog; while Flynn’s doppelgänger, her Evil Kitty, “paws” annoying at the keyboard, hence rants is typed-out as blogs. Get it?
I give up. So here is the newest Site Title: “Your Daily “Pause”, followed by the newest Site Tagline: “Small Thoughts from Big Brains: Blogs and Rants by Flynn’s “Paws”. I put the parenthesis around the two homophones, if y’all catch my drift. Never mind.
That’s all. End status report 2218 PST.
