What things give you energy?

20230914-1953. I could have said that energy drinks give me energy but I don’t drink soda. So all I could think of are people, my relatives, our parakeets and garden.

Seeing, Hugging and Talking my relatives after a long while feels good. Seeing emails and text messages from friends to strangers feel good. Taking time to connect with our parakeets with few taps on their backs or belly seems good. And every couple of weeks, dealing with the garden is okay.

So basically it’s the lifeforms itself that give me energy and the imagination that everything will be okay is good enough too.
