Career women are quite successful. Some get married and have children. But for Joan and I, it’s too late. We concentrated on working hard to earn lots of money and gain knowledge in our chosen careers. What’s the point of buying into a dream without the presence children, filling the empty spaces with their laughter? It’s different now to be in her shoes after all those wasted years of waiting for nothing and doing next to nothing for the unknown.
