1556. So today is Mom’s graduation from cardiac rehab! We’re so proud of her despite her aches, pains, dizziness, and other medical conditions. I should take her photo as a souvenir. She can sign up at the nearby gym to continue strengthening exercises. Dad and I can join, too, since I’m under and unemployed all over again – I received the recruiter’s email to fill out the survey, which is a discreet way of saying that the client didn’t want or need me anymore. Sheesh.
Yeah so with our choir conductor gone, I better email the Web master to update the webpage. During the transition, Kathy S has volunteered to keep the organist on the payroll and us losers preoccupied with singing. I really don’t care because lots of talented Pinoys especially are NOT committed to free gig.
Mom is pissed at the thugs of our local Parish. Instead of investing in a choir director with benefits, they are making money. It’s really too bad. I wonder if he’ll come back because that same night when our pastor announced in person the decision, NiNi R ‘tac-pan’ to me that he might return or be back. But because of my poor hearing, I might have misheard.
With that said, I have to give Mom her 1600 PM meds. My smartphone alarm went off with a loud rooster crow. The other alarms are too weak for my poor hearing.
Anyway, I wish the buck teeth good luck and many blessings. Amen.
