In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “No Cliffhangers. | Write a post about the topic of your choice, in whatever style you want, but make sure to end it with “…and all was well with the world.””
Good Flynn: There has been some sort of propaganda surrounding the September through October 2015 end time scenario. Something was supposed to have happened around 9/11, 9/12, and 9/13. All we got were the usually mainstream media news; double rainbows over NYC; lightening storms and strong winds in Mecca, and cooler temperatures with cloudy overcast in the San Francisco Bay Area. As far as I’m concerned, “all was well with the world.”
Evil Kitty: The other day my human took me to the local park where humanz made lots of noises called fun. There was a central fountain filled with water and some ducks were swimming in the fountain. I decided to sniff and tasted the water, which smelled like ducks and tasted liked algae. I then saw my reflection in the water. But the water moved a little bit and distorted my image. At least, I caught a brief glimpse of my radiant beauty. The moment of reflection made me think that “all is well in the world”.
