20140202-0018. en route to exit the great mall to our parked car past the blocked middle construction for a new store, while watching mom cluelessly starting for an opening towards the food court / McDonald, i realized that my head was filled up as if stuffy. so I powered up and got pissed by shifting my focus away from my head chakra and form immediately towards my heart chakra. I definitely felt the dissipation of at least two energy gobs and other good leave towards and away drum my head! I felt the relief and the heaviness left and was feeling more alert and lease spacey.
