Just recalled a note via my smartphone on 20131009-0138 AM:
At 0137 am, I felt two releases of both my arms. I was slightly turned to my left in another slow/fitful sleep. My left arm relaxed on its own! I felt the left hand/wrist area go limp, followed by the left elbow. Then my right arm relaxed on its own, too! The same thing happen to the right hand/wrist and then right elbow go limp in that order. But for the right side, I also heard a single thump – a sound as if something dropped or fell away.
Earlier I was reading, I guess, the first six chapters of Ben Hur by Lew Wallace. I had the paper book copy but had always wanted to read lying down in my bed, sometimes on my back and sides, too.
(With my new NOOK (nooky, nook, nook), I was able to finish that much in so few hours. I was using the “Look Up” feature (which used the Merriam-Webster dictionary and the “Highlight” feature for new/unfamiliar words and quotes that I’ll share later on!
Bahaha! And I had expressed my interest in some sort of “over-head projection” unit so I could read passages on the bedroom ceiling while lying down on my back/bed! Like my “idea/request” for some sort of healthcare insurance, this technology took awhile.
So I guess patience is indeed a virtue. Wow.)
After a while, I got tired of reading and had to sleep. I knew it was time to sleep because my eyes kept closing while my hand/arm propped up the NOOK from falling into my face. (I did buy the cover/stand but will use that during choir. It’s too heavy to carry/use, actually.) Plus, I would receive several jolts to my heart chakra. Again, those of “friendly reminders” to stop it and get some rest/sleep.
